The time of the visit, and the type of the browser and the operating system is recorded and retained for statistical purposes only.

The data controller does not utilise personal data for purposes other than those specified. The processing of the data provided in this way is performed with the voluntary consent of the user.

www.itrack.hu treats all data and facts concerning the users as confidential, and uses them only for the development of its services, the sale of advertising spaces, and the preparation of their own research, statistics. Statements prepared about these are only published in a form that is unsuitable for the unique identification of individual users.

The personal data provided during registration are deleted by the controller at the initiative of the user, as well as if the service is discontinued. The personal data provided by the users can be accessed by the employees of the controller. Personal data are not transmitted by the controller to third parties other than those identified. This does not apply to incidental statutory compulsory data transmissions, which may be performed in exceptional cases only. Prior to the performance of official data requests, the controller examines for each piece of data whether the legal basis for data transmission actually exists.

Users may request information concerning the processing of their personal data. On request, the controller provides information concerning the data of the data subjects processed by them, the goal, legal basis, period of data processing, the name, address of the processor (seat: H–1103 Budapest, 1103 Budapest Gergely utca 112/C), activities related to data processing, and who have received the data and for what purpose. The rectification or erasure of personal data can be initiated by the user using the same contact details.

The data related to the user shall be deleted in the case of inappropriate use of the services, or at their own request. Deletion shall be performed within 8 days from the working day following the initiation of the request for erasure.
