The latest services of iData include developments designed for tablets that represent a breakthrough in route planning and optimization, forwarding and controlling routes, and in the communication between the driver and the dispatcher.Request for quotation
Work becomes more organized and predictable, helping the user keep deadlines and making it easier to calculate freight rates.
NaviTrack supports easy execution of many useful functions:
- you can search exact addresses,
- company names.
You can save and reload the routes, and view their length, time and the toll payable in Hungary also taking into account the physical parameters of the vehicles in planning.
When planning, you can display
- truck weight/height/width limits and general truck entry bans
- ferries/RoLa use
- showing filling stations, rest areas, parking areas and car washes
You can monitor fuel costs based on the consumption values measured by the probe. You can generate aggregated cost data from the available cost data.
You can set Highway Code or optional speed limits for each vehicle. This will affect the journey time of the planned route.
Planning includes a “prefer main roads” option for avoiding subsidiary roads.
The dispatcher can recall from the tablet or change the route plans sent to the navigation unit.
The dispatcher can immediately see the status (not started, started, completed) of the route plan set by the driver.
The driver immediately gets an audible and visual warning about incoming new routes and messages.
Controls are important planning aspects. That is why we have developed deviation warning monitoring to warn the dispatcher if the driver has deviated from the planned route.
Display a deviation warning event: the current position of the vehicle is shown in map view on one screen together with the planned route and the route actually taken.Back Request for quotation
Messaging (chat) function
During development, we aimed to provide easy and transparent communication between the “control center” and the driver.
In addition to the simple messaging feature, we also built in convenience features such as access to “instant” messages, which is a list of template messages that can be freely edited and expanded. Other convenience features include emojis for messaging, a circular feature that enables the “control center” to send a message at once even to all on-board tablets, and the “favorite messages” feature to tag and filter messages that are important to the user. The driver receives sound notifications every 15 minutes for unread messages until they are read.Back Request for quotation
Task Organiser is perfectly suitable to overview, supervise and organise the tasks for an entire fleet of vehicles. The interface provides visual aid for the dispatchers and freight forwarders, so that they always have precise information on tasks relevant for their fleet. It can be used in any market segment from international or national transport through passenger transport to lorry distribution, etc.
By utilising control, you can instantly switch from your old paper or Excel based freight forwarding, and later you can even connect it with your own ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, exercising full control over your vehicles.
The control is equipped with the following important functions among others:
- Freight tasks can be simply dragged and dropped to another date or vehicle with the mouse
- The changes made by one dispatcher appear instantly in the other dispatcher’s calendar (without the need to press a button)
- Task groups (e.g. separated by commissioner) can easily be distinguished
- A daily and weekly view facilitates better overview, and the legibility of the displayed tasks can be optimised by resizing the column width
- The placement of tasks in time is displayed in a timeline and by colour shades
The Task Organiser functionality is not yet complete, it is being continuously developed on the basis of the feedback and needs of our customers.Back Request for quotation
